There are a few different animation techniques going on
here. The olive and glass both move in straight lines. Those
are
simple motion tweens. But as soon as the olive hits the glass,
it moves out and down in an arc. That arc is a motion path.
Flash
lets you attach an object to a path so that the object
follows that path. You can also direct the object to rotate
as to moves around the path. That is the case with the olive.
